Outline of FA line

The machining line of car parts has given lots of actual results. The carriage works are con-rod, cam-shaft, crank-shaft, cylinder-block related the engine parts, and axle-shaft, brake-drum, Knuckle-arm related the axle. Special carriage device

1,All fallen transport claws are lifted at the forward end lowering position.
2,If there is a conveyance object at the back end, the transport claw is
lowered by the detection lever.
3,If there is no conveyance object on the fixed receptacle claw, the transport
claw remains standing.

Lift and carry accumulation conveyor

Based on conventional lift and carry operations, this device continues the repeated (back-up-forward-down) operation to convey and accumulate objects and arrange stock at a set pitch. This is used primarily for conveyance between machines, and is effective in reducing machine malfunctions and lost operational time.

Feature

Liftup conveyance avoids damage to conveyed objects.
Noise is reduced through the use of polyurethane rubber for the rise and fall stoppers for the transport claws, as well as the absence of the rolling and falling of conveyance objects.
As shown in the figure on the left, conventional conveyance force is reduced by half by sending forward only an object immediately after an empty position.
